About Men’s Group

The Men’s Group is a space for young men to connect, grow, and thrive. In cohorts of 10-15, participants build interpersonal skills through workshops, mentorship, and discussions on self-improvement. They learn healing and coping strategies to express emotions constructively, breaking cycles of violence and building resilience. Together, we’re fostering a generation of strong, emotionally aware leaders. Young men, especially those from underserved communities or within the juvenile justice system, often lack safe spaces to develop emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and healthy behaviors.

Men’s Group addresses these gaps, promoting better social-emotional outcomes and healthier relationships. Studies show that mentorship programs improve interpersonal skills and self-confidence, with mentees being 55% more likely to enroll in college and 78% more likely to volunteer or engage in their communities.
